Bison Ribeye Steak

I just received my order from you guys this afternoon here in South Carolina. I seasoned up a Bison Ribeye with just kosher salt and cracked black pepper. It was absolutely phenomenal! This was the first time I’ve ever had a bison steak and I couldn’t believe it was even better than beef! I have cardio vascular disease so I am trying to find alternatives to beef and I have certainly found it! I will be ordering from you guys from now on, great job and thank you for the wonderful service!!

Good cuts of meat, no extra fat on it. Next time I want the bone in big boy!

Really good tasting , just grilled with a little salt and pepper.
