I purchased sausages, meat sticks, jerky and 7 different kinds of steaks for my mom, my aunt and me. I have never eaten bison, elk or venison before. Absolutely Delicious!!! Lots of flavor. Lean meat with essentially no fat. Filet mignon is my favorite steak. I have never tried this cut before. No fat. It is super super soft. So tender that you don’t even need to use a knife. You definitely get what you paid for!!! ICON meats is much better and healthier than anything you can find in the supermarkets. I am definitely glad I gave it a try! My mom and my aunt are delighted as well! Folks, if you don’t know how to hunt like us ladies then ICON Meats is definitely your go-to place!!! :-)

I purchased several cuts of meats for my husband's Valentines day present for a special meal. We used Elk, Bison and Venison and can't recommend this company enough! We were obsessed with everything. We marinated the bison for a few hours in some olive oil, grainy mustard and rosemary.
