I smoked these brats using no additional seasonings, on a combo of hickory and fruitwood, for a couple of hours, until internal temp reached 145 degrees F. They were delicious on their own, or in a crusty bun with a dollop of spicy German mustard, and potato salad on the side. So good. Will definitely be buying some more.
