SHIPPING

*Shipping cut-off time for same day shipping is approx 2pm CDT. 

We can ship to almost any address in the United States except PO Boxes. WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. 

SNACK ONLY ORDERS:

Snack only orders under $200; standard shipping: Actual UPS Ground shipping cost

Snack only orders over $200; standard shipping: Free UPS Ground

For snack only orders (sticks, jerky or summer sausage) we normally ship Monday – Thursday via UPS Ground, unless you select the faster shipping methods available (UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air) when making your purchase. When you start to place an order and move into the shipping portion of the cart you will see the available shipping options, the prices for each option and the estimated shipping and delivery dates for your order based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will see shipping timeframe can be anywhere from 1 to 7 business days depending on what shipping method you choose, where the delivery address is in relationship to our location and other factors within the UPS distribution model. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice for your order, then once we book your shipment (which is normally the day we will ship your order, on the ship date you selected when placing the order) you will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number if you entered your email while filling out your order information. You will also receive an email when your shipment has been delivered to your address. If you do not see these “alert” emails, check your junk or spam folders & filters.

FROZEN OR FROZEN/SNACK COMBO ORDERS:

For frozen or frozen/snack combo orders we ship in boxes specially designed for shipping frozen products (all products that are not shelf stable (snacks) are shipped frozen, not fresh). Our shipping boxes and insulation are 100% recyclable, biodegradable and environmentally friendly! We monitor weather & temperatures daily and make adjustments to help do our best to guarantee a successful delivery.

If you are not home when your package is delivered it will be left in the normal delivery location that the shipping companies use for leaving your other packages, under normal circumstances it wont thaw out sitting there for the day, but if you cannot be home please do your best to either have someone retrieve it and place it somewhere safe (to protect it from theft) or have it delivered to your office, etc if you are working during the day. Obviously the sooner you get your order back in the freezer the better.   

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES FOR FROZEN OR FROZEN/SNACK COMBO ORDERS: 

-Please pay attention to the displayed shipping and delivery dates provided during the shipping checkout process, and be available to receive your order on the forecasted delivery date.  

-Also remember...the shipping method you choose does not always determine when the order will ship...for example 2 day shipping means 2 days in transit from shown available ship date, not necessarily that you will receive your order 2 days from order date. 

-FROZEN ORDER RESCHEDULE WARNING: If you contact UPS directly (via online or phone) to have an order rescheduled for delivery (time or address), we will NOT be notified and at that point your order may be exposed to variables out of our control that may compromise the order quality (for example it may be delivered thawed out).

 LOCAL ORDERS – DELIVERY & PICK UP

Our ranch is located between Cadott, WI and Fall Creek, WI (Eau Claire, WI area), but we don’t have a store here, so we ship for nationwide or regional orders (regional shipping is usually very cost effective). We are incredibly busy running the ranch and ICON Meats, so unfortunately we are not able to facilitate order pick ups here at the ranch. For local customers we have both frozen and snack products available for viewing and sale at Crescent Meats north of Cadott, Just Local Foods in downtown Eau Claire and Menomonie Market in Menomonie, WI. Our snack sticks, summer sausage and jerky are available in many local convenience stores in the area. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Due to almost all our products being perishable, returns are not allowed. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please email us (info@iconmeats.com) with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Description of condition and photos of order at time of arrival
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement

We will then contact you to rectify the situation. Please remember we all work hard and do our best, as do you, but mistakes are made, many of them out of our control, so please be patient and understanding. We appreciate it! 

If a refund is needed, we will refund your order using the method that you used for the purchase, please allow 24 hours for us to process the refund and the normal timeframe for your payment provider to process the refund on their end (usually 3-7 business days).
