    I found Icon Meats through a Google search for healthy(ish) summer sausage. My first order (there will be more) just arrived. The Bison summer sausage is terrific! I can't believe that it tastes this good given how much less fat there is than a typical pork summer sausage. Also, it pairs remarkably well with a manhattan. Or two. Or several. Thank you Icon for tasty meats and quick shipping. Keep up the great work!
