We use 100% real meat—no fillers, no shortcuts. Our sticks are made from premium bison, elk, venison, pork, and/or beef giving you a leaner, higher-quality protein snack than traditional meat snacks.

Each protein has its own profile:

• Bison – clean, slightly sweet, super smooth
• Elk – rich and savory
• Venison – bold, slightly gamey (in a good way, not like your uncle's Venison jerky.)

For elk and venison, when U.S. supply is limited, we may source from grass-fed New Zealand ranches to maintain quality and consistency.

We prioritize supporting other hard working ranchers and farmers across the USA, and while many of our animals spend time living on pasture, they may not be 100% grass fed, as a 100% grass fed diet is not sustainable for the majority of the ranching families in the United States (trust us here, we tried). FYI the majority of any proteins that are marketed as 100% grass fed are derived from other countries that come with other negative consequences.

Our meats are only sourced from trusted ranches or farms, we do not harvest animals from the wild.

Our animals are given access to pasture and or high quality forage diets, which in turn provides for a better quality protein and eating experience which eliminates the gamey taste that may be experienced with other snack brands.

We use natural nitrates found in Celery Powder for curing to keep the ingredient lists clean and straightforward.

Our sticks are high in protein, low in sugar, and made without unnecessary fillers—built for people who want real fuel, not empty calories. Compare them against any others and you will see the difference.

Most of our products are compatible with keto and paleo lifestyles thanks to their high protein and low sugar content.

Yes—our sticks are naturally gluten-free.

No artificial junk. We focus on clean ingredients and proven preservation methods.

We use beef casings, which provide the classic snap, durability, and proper airflow needed during curing.

Our casings use a very small amount of caramel coloring (far less than 1%).

This helps protect the product from UV light and maintain the color customers expect. That said, we’re actively working toward a fully natural alternative.

Orders ship Monday–Friday and typically arrive within 1–7 business days depending on your location. Need it faster? UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm CDT ship same day.

We know how frustrating this can be. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but missing, reach out to us at info@iconmeats.com with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.

If the carrier confirms a lost or mis-delivered package, we’ll work on getting a replacement out to you. If it was stolen after delivery, options may be limited—but we’ll still do everything we can to help.

This varies by state - but many times you can find our products in your local convenience stores, grocery stores, hardware stores or health/wellness stores. We are working on building a store locator to help with this.

Demand for bison, elk, and venison has surged, while supply—and the number of ranchers—has decreased. Combined with rising costs across the board (shipping, packaging, labor), it made frozen fulfillment unsustainable.

We’ve shifted our focus to our snack products, which are fully stocked and ready to ship.
