I must be careful with jurky because my teeth aren't in there 30's anymore. In fact a few were damaged in a car accident. Jurky has always been my favorite snack. Icon jurky is Tinder, almost like a fine piece of steak that almost seems to melt in your mouth. The spices and smoke make this the most favor filled jerky experience ever for me. If you like heat, the savory will provide a consistent medium heat level that will enhance your experience. I buy the double pack. Each slice is about the width of a quarter, the thickness of 2 quarters and around 10 inches long give or take. That is eye balling it. Each strip is one ounce. I have tried all kinds of jerkys from Navajo made in New Mexico to commercial brand made. This is by far the best I have ever enjoyed. Wayne S.
